THREE WAYS TO MOVE

Step & Sculpt

Step & Sculpt is a full body workout from your brain to your toes. We kick things off with step cardio. Building out a routine for the first 30 minutes. The beat grows faster with each song bringing your heart rate and sweat to the max! Those 30 minutes fly by *wink* and it's time to sculpt. Fans up, lights low, weights on. Your weights will travel from your hands to your ankles till we strip the weights and cool things down with a thorough stretch. ​​​​

Advanced Step & Sculpt

We're leveling up! Starting with 30 minutes of fast paced intricate step cardio we'll build out a long routine to challenge your brain and footwork. After 30 minutes of choreography we'll move into equally dynamic strength work followed by a thorough stretch. Please note it is recommended that you have taken 10 Step & Sculpt classes prior to Advanced Step & Sculpt.

DZ Method is a blend of my two loves- ballet and fitness. As a former professional ballet dancer, music and movement pulse through my veins.  During an off season I became obsessed with group fitness. So much so I became a full time fitness instructor. DZ Method is the one and done workout class I was looking for. It's musically powered to keep you mentally engaged and keep your outside thoughts OUT. Designed to make cardio fun, and sculpting dynamic and lengthening.

This method changed me physically and mentally.  It is with pure passion that I push you to connect with your body from your brain to your toes. Lace up!
